Looking to learn more about Casa Grande
Anyone investing in Casa Grande, AZ? I just relocated from Iowa to Tucson and am looking to get into some investment properties in AZ. Tucson and Phoenix markets are a bit tight for my liking so I have continued to invest back home. CG has caught my attention because of the up and coming economy as well as potentially affordable properties. I have read a few other posts about CG and it sounds like a decent market, but I would like to connect with someone that can tell me about the neighborhoods, returns/ purchase prices, etc.
