How to find an investor friendly PM/ agent in Little Rock AR

I’m trying to figure out the best way of locating an investor friendly agent/property manager in the Little Rock AR area. Any recommendations how to go about finding an out-of-state combo like this? I am looking to put in some offers. If the agent is going to manage it afterwards they might have a stronger motivation  to help locate properties in good areas. If they had connections to a reliable affordable handyman that would help as well. :-)

Any suggestions how to go about locating someone like this.

Thanks again for any suggestions.

In our opinion, you are approaching this backwards.

Agents are transaction based, they sell you the property, maybe even place a tenant, and they are done.

PMC's are more relationship based, because they have to deal with you and the tenant going forward.

So, find a good PMC FIRST and then they can help you source properties, or intro you to an agent they know to do so.
