Looking for a wholesaler in Los Angeles

Hello,

I have a client who is looking for possible investment property opportunities(flipping) in the Los Angeles area.  He has a lot of deployable cash, and as a residential real estate agent, I only have so much time to focus my efforts on finding him properties.  I am looking for a wholesaler who wants to team up and have immediate access to properties.  My client is an all cash buyer and needs to obtain about six properties in the is next 3 months!  Any help would be much appreciated!
