REAL ESTATE JOURNEY -post 2

Hello Everyone !

Im starting in my real estate journey and would love some input and advice...But let me tell you a little bit about what i've been up to ! Ive been listening to the BP podcast from show 1 and have also started to listen to all the new shows...and let me tell you....there have been ups and downs and hot markets throughout the podcasts.....even in 2013 !   Also show #14 is absolutely inspirational...and very informative...

Ive been looking into a market about 45 minutes from where i currently live (Palmdale, CA) because basically houses are about 1/2 of LA prices...and i've been contacting different real estate agents and just had a few questions..

How many real estate agents can someone have ? is there a limit ? is it rude for someone to have multiple agents ? i keep hearing about REOs and was wondering if it was the agents or I personally who had to try and establish a relationship with a bank to obtain REOs. Im looking to buy my first property and trying to set up an ADU (just like 90% of other people out there) and finally....a real estate agent told me that a seller would likely choose a person that is putting down 20% for a down payment as opposed to a 3.5% FHA loan...and I do understand the idea i guess but how can i make my 3.5 % FHA loan more lucrative ? are gift baskets still a thing ? (The Office reference) and I am a firm believer in the saying that if there is a Will there is a WAY...anyway guys hope to keep everyone updated! be safe be happy !
