What was your biggest obstacle when getting started in real estate investing?

When first getting started, it felt overwhelming to get into real estate. There was so much to learn and I didn't want to make any mistakes. I hesitated to jump into deals, even though they met my criteria. When I finally made the jump into real estate, I was not perfect, the deal was not perfect. However, I learned and it wasn't that bad. It gave me the confidence to continue moving forward.
Don't hesitate and take the plunge!
