Colorado Lenders near Brighton?

Hello,

We are looking for lenders near the Brighton area for our first single family home to become our first rental property. We have solid credit, zero debt, and are willing to put down 20-30%. My wife is a working professional and I run two small business's. 

Any suggestions and contacts would be greatly appreciated! Also looking to network with other local investors, agents, and the myriad of other contacts it seems we are going to need!
