Looking for door knocking neighborhoods in West Denver Metro
Hello! I've been in Colorado over 6 years now and have become very familiar with the West side of Denver Metro and want to find some deals through door knocking. I have experience with buy and holds, real estate sales and a modest amount of experience with fix and flips. Colorado's market is a bit crazy but I know there are deals to be found. If you have experience doing this type of prospecting please let me know how it went and any advice you have is appreciated! Thanks.
