Anybody know of any hard money lenders in Colorado willing to lend on the Western Slope (i.e. outside the Front Range?) Everybody I've talked to so far only really does deals in the Denver area.

Any leads would be appreciated!

 Aaron,

In smaller communities, your best source of funds is often friends and family. Rates tend to be better. Start a local meetup for real estate investing and share your opportunities and success and you might be surprised at the money that comes your way.
