Can anybody recommend an investor friendly appraiser in Colorado Springs? All the appraisers I've worked with have been so-so... Thanks!

@Jacob Mueller can you be a bit more specific? Due to the changes in the banking laws in 2010, relationships with appraisers are few and far between. On most loans, the lender or the borrower have no say in who does the appraisal. For hard money loans the lender usually requires you to use their appraiser that is protecting their interest. It might help if you could shed some light on what you are looking for in an "investor friendly appraiser"
