Hello BP,

I'm Jose Rodriguez. 28. Licensed agent working as an Apartment Locator. Originally from Oakland, CA. Looking to start investing by doing a flip and building some capital. My current biggest obstacle is my poor credit/debt. I am hoping to find a mentor/partner who is willing to show me the ropes. Willing to Birddog to start. Hope to meet some interesting folks here.
