Hey everyone! Hope you're having a good week and are staying safe. I'm Brian Silvia -- by day I write & ship code, but by night I'm either doing Crossfit with my wife, or working with her to get spun up on real estate investing. We are hoping to build our knowledge and confidence so that we can snag our first rental in the next few months, and ramp that up for long term wealth building and eventual retirement (I really don't want to be coding at 70!). We're targeting Baltimore Metro region, and hoping to build a helpful network that we can contribute back to, along the way!
