Management Company Contract with previous owner

Posted

We just purchased a condo and there is a 2 year lease on it with a management company.  I want to break out of the contract and would like to know if anyone has any comments on doing so.  The contract I was given was dated from 2018 to 2019 with the previous owner.

any recommendations would be appreciated.

thanks

Have you read the contract? Does it give a termination clause?
