Short Term Rentals Acquisitions - Northwest Puerto Rico

Hey BiggerPockets--

I'm looking to start buying properties to pursue short term rentals in Northwest Puerto Rico, concentrating in Aguadilla, Isabela, and perhaps Rincon.  I'm looking to partner or employ someone who has experience on the acquisitions and value add portion of the operation and is local. Person does not need to bring their own capital. I would be looking to handle the property management arm of the operations.  Person must have great communication, and be data and systems oriented.  

I live in Isabela, PR and have an economics/finance background.
