Hi guys! To start off I want to say a little about my self. My name is Jordan. I am 20 years young and have been interested in real estate for a couple years now. My dad has for some real estate deals but nothing too major. At the moment I am working full time. I am saving aprox. 1k a month, which is pretty good in my opinion. I am looking to make my first investment when I reach 10k. Does anyone have any advice for a young ambitious man like myself? I'm also leaning towards rental properties.
