New to Real Estate Investing - Binghamton Student Rentals
Hi, I'm a 2017 Binghamton alumni and am looking to start investing in student housing in the downtown Binghamton area. I am looking to make connections with realtors, property managers, lawyers, local lenders, other investors, etc. I would love to hear any advice that others may have in this area as I get started.
