My Name is Joe. Thanks to all of you here at BP. I gained enough confidence and courage to start my own investment portfolio. I am closing on my first property next week. Comps 415-445k. Purchased price $300k cash. I hope I made a good move. My contractor estimated 45-50k in repairs. Wish me luck.
