Hello all. Im a new (and very thankful) member here. I just recently decided it was time to stop watching and start doing, so I am starting my career as a Real Estate Investor. I am currently focusing on wholesales until I can get my working capital up, then move into Fix and Flips. Ultimately, my goal is to own several rental properties and do a little bit of good while making a little bit of money. Im interested in meeting other investors, hard money lenders, or anyone with any type of advice or information to share. I look forward to meeting you all (and possibly working with some of you).
