My name is Joe and I am a newbie real estate investor currently living in Rochester, NY.

I will be moving to the Sarasota area of Florida by the end of the year or shortly after the new year.

I am looking for people to network with in the Rochester and Sarasota areas.

I have no previous experience in real estate.

My goal is to make this my full time profession through creative and traditional real estate investing.
