New Investor Looking to House Hack in Louisville, KY Area

Jake Stevenson
Posted

Hey everyone!

My name is Jake, I'm currently 23 years old working in sales. I grew up in Louisville, KY but currently live in Nashville, TN. I have a huge interest in using real estate as a tool to create massive wealth and am excited to meet people with that same passion on here!

I'm looking to buy my first househack Fall of 2022 and would love to start networking with people in the Louisville/Nashville area to learn from other investors. I currently have a lot of free time leading up to this summer which gives me the opportunity to shadow, learn, and provide any kind of value for other investors to get a better understanding of REI.

I've been listening to BP for about a year now and am ready to start taking some action!

Welcome to BP @Jake Stevenson, great to have you here.  It's great to have those goals and ambitions in mind, especially with having a mentor help you in the process. Have some tangible skills/ways to help them out, and you're off to a good start! Best of luck to you
