Hello all! I stumbled upon the BP site as I have been researching STR's. Currently, I own and operate a successful restaurant & brewing company in the PNW. As I look at long term planning I want to diversify my investments outside of my current industry and the NW. Currently I own two commercial buildings and one LTR. My first strategy is to invest 200-300k in STR's, ideally in the SW.

This site is amazing with tons of information.  I look forward to growing my real estate investing knowlege and connecting with BP members.
