Newbie looking to connect with Michigan STR Investors
I am new to investing, 25 years old and i live just outside detroit michigan. I own a condo that is paid off and have been trying to get my family into a home. We would then like to use the money from selling the condo to purchase our first STR property. I have recently left my job and have a bit of money saved up to get started. I am very eager to get started but i also know i have a LOT to learn. I am considering renting my first STR but am not having much luck in finding homes or properties that will allow that in michigan. Any and all advice is appreciated.
