@Sebastian Viera Welcome! I first joined BP in 2016 and bought my first property in 2020. Since then, I've bought another two. One in 2021 and another in 2022. I truly believe that the 4 years I spent educating myself on BiggerPockets is what prepared me for success. I certainly don't think that you need 4 years - that was just what my personal circumstances allowed for. I also think that there is a lot of value to jumping into a deal and learning on the go. However, at the end of the day, use BiggerPockets as a resource and absorb as much as possible. Don't feel rushed into finding a deal until you feel comfortable and are at a point in your life where it makes sense.
