Newbie investor looking into Charlotte metro for a rental/brrrrr

Hi Everyone,  

My name is Lakir and I currently own only primary residence. However I'm looking to invest in Charlotte area. In this hot market I'm not sure what strategy would be the best in terms of long term rental, flip or BRRRR. Any suggestions would be helpful. Looking forward to connecting :)
