Hello I have been looking to network and learn about real estate investing and I am so glad I came across BP! My experince is very limited (purchased a townhome and is renting it out) and would love to find more opportunities! I travel to Olympia, WA and am looking for good cash flow properties. I do have good credit and have steady income and would love to invest so that I don't have to put in 40hrs/wk.

I am looking forward to network with professionals in major cities/areas, including but not limited to Orange County, Olympia, Portland, and/or Denver, who can help me find good properties/property mgmt companies/contractors. Thanks in advance!
