Hello ladies and gents!!!! Newbie here to the real estate investing! I'm from Duluth,MN. I've lived here for most of my life 33 years! I'm looking to get into real estate. I'm really really green. Don't even know where to start. Looking forward to networking to investors, flippers, and wholesalers!!!

I'm based in Boise, ID but my husband and I have quite a few connections to investors and wholesalers. I have some good resources as far as podcasts and YouTube channels as well.
