Newbie from California's Central Coast

Hi, my name is Jennifer and I'm new to BP. I have experience working in real estate as a sales person, property manager, and doing BPO evaluations. I also have a little history working as a mortgage assistant. My brother and I have recently decided to go into business together and we've created Real Investments, LLC. My brother and partner, Michael, has an extensive background in construction which he adds to our new investment business. I discovered BP from the free e-book I downloaded while conducting research. Our goal is to hold real estate and rent it to tenants to create a positive cash flow from monthly rental payments. I'm very excited to finally be following my dreams and would love to network and learn from those of you in the business.
