Hi everyone,

My name is Josh Salinas and I am looking to invest in single to small multi family properties as long term rentals. I am looking in my home city of Joliet, IL. I was bitten by the real estate bug about 6 months ago and have been studying ever since. I finally feel ready to take action and begin my journey to financial freedom! I would appreciate and advice and comments, and would love to talk to someone with knowledge of my market.
