Hello fellow real estate investors. My name is Ben and I've been dabbling in real estate investment and fixing up distressed properties since 2000. I recently jumped in with both feet by quitting my job and rolling the dice on a flip in North Austin. The home went on the market on 10/7/13 and I'm currently sweating, biting my nails, and pacing about as I await a buyer.
I love doing my own work on my houses, although I'm reluctantly learning that just because I'm able to do something doesn't mean I should do it. Time really is money.
My goal is to sell my flip and immediately reinvest in a distressed property so I can earn some cash and keep this dream alive. To anyone willing to help me along the way I'd like to say 'thank you' in advance, and I look forward to to helping others along as well.
