New to BP

Hello!

My name is Bill Sargeson from North Carolina(in between Raleigh and Greensboro). My wife and myself have been investing in real estate for about 6 years, although seriously in the last 2 years. We formed an LLC 2 years ago and have acquired 10 single family properties that we are renting out all with great cash flows. We have a great real estate agent who also handles the property management for us(no time due to full time job). We are looking at buying between 4-6 properties per year for the next several years. This is fantastic forum and I look forward to sharing and learning best practices from everyone!
