NEW MEMBER FROM SAN DIEGO! LOOKING FOR MENTOR
Hello, I am a newby trying to network and learn as much as I can from BP. I am in the Navy, live in La Jolla and relocating to Camp Pendleton next June. Very eager to learn and would love to have a mentor!
I have purchased, rented, and sold one property and my goal is to acquire either an investment property and/or a property I can live in with potential for investment through renting/selling.
I only have about $20K for a deal so even looking for out of state deals as well.
