New to BiggerPockets, My focus is off market property lead gen
Hello everybody, I have periodically browsed Bigger Pockets in the past. The first mention I had ever heard of the forum was from a client of mine that was focused on calling homeowners to generate leads for off market properties. I continue to engage in the same type of business while having created a variety of ways to make that type of operation much more precise. I am here in hopes of learning enough that I can become more engaged in the actual handling of the deal once it is brought to the table and to help anyone doing the same type of thing as much as I can.
