Hi. We are Cody & Lynn from North Dakota
Good afternoon. My name is Cody and my wife’s name is Lynn, out of central ND. We are developing a real estate investment plan to improve our city’s debilitating homes, secure passive income for our future, and to teach our seven children how they can do the same. We are spending the next month it two leaning, driving our market, and networking with others who share our interests while we work on securing capital.
Experience? I sold real estate for about 7 years before moving into a full time military career. That’s about it but I have a deep interest in stock investing and trading in a buy and hold dividend portfolio.
