Hi all... We are Lior & Shon - a couple of investors from Israel. We're looking to get into the Rochester real estate market and looking to make a flip deal.  We're supposed to be there for a week of meetings in September and want to start closing things before.

we are looking to connect with more investors, get some info about the city, and connect with contractors who can make rehab assessments also by photos &videos which we receive from our agent.
