Hi to everyone. Have been investing for about 8 years in the OKC market. Have done 3 flips and currently own 11 SFR and a duplex. 4 of my units are Owner Financed. Currently buying another SFR rental. Live in Europe at the moment but still investing in my home market since I know that area well.
