I am excited to have found this site. I have listened to two great podcasts. Pretty amazing stuff.

I am a woman & even though I am brave & tough in my head. I am intimidated to put myself out there in such a guy dominated market.

My personal interest is in flipping single family homes. My investor/backer though is more interested in finding two family houses at extremely low prices & needing minimal work. Needle in a haystack. But it's his money his rules.

I am a bit frozen here & not sure how to move forward. In the meantime, I keep buying books on amazon & I will keep listening to those podcasts.
