New Member introduction from Massachusetts
Hi all,
My name is Chris. My wife and I are new to Real Estate Investing. Our focus will be on Fix and Flip opportunities. We recently purchased our first property (closing soon) and plan to use this as a learning vehicle (already learning a great deal, but nothing better than on the job training). We are also using this to build our "team" so we are ready to do more deals. We may look at rental properties but they appear harder to find, riskier, and a general pain being a landlord - so not a top priority.
