Hi All,

just wanted to introduct myself. I'm from the Seattle area (actually about 30 miles southeast). 22 and married. so far my only experience is our home. we got lucky in my opinion...lol. We bought 2 years ago with zero down, just waiting to get rid of that PMI... thanks to the boom, we have a good 40-50% in equity now :)

just hoping to learn more about the real estate investing. we actually did rent out this home for 1 year. it was rough, but I might be willing to try again. My biggest interest in foreclosures / under valued homes that just need a lot of TLC. we have done minor landscaping, new floors, counter tops, and currently working on rebuilding the 1 car garage, so my construction experience is slowling building... :)
