Hello! New to real estate investing and BiggerPockets. My wife and I recently moved to Austin from the Bay Area. Our current goal is to invest in something cash flow neutral, though not house hacking or STR. Past few months I've looking for mostly SFH in and around Austin area. Looking to connect with wholesalers and professionals who may have leads!
