My name is Adam and I’ve been a BP fan for quite some time. I found the podcast a few years ago and really enjoyed the unique and insightful guests, some of which I could easily relate to.
I became interested in real estate investing as a means of passive income and a better quality of life for my family after retirement. I have some senior family members that saw their whole retirement portfolio vanish in 2008 and it crippled them financially. This has made me weary of relying solely on 401ks and IRAs for my family.
My primary interest is mobile home parks due to the low cost per unit and attractive cap rate potential. I’m sure there are plenty of particulars that come along with this type of property investing so I’m here to learn the ins and outs from those who have done it.
I look forward to sharing with the community and hopefully make some valuable friends in Denver metro area along the way!
