Hello from Alabama, new and looking to invest in the coming year.
Just dropping a note from Alabama. New to the group, been listening to podcast and reading books/forums. Excited about a seminar i have in late January and looking to buy my first property this coming year. Any advice is always helpful, will keep reading/looking/learning.
