First House Hack as a Freshman College Student
Hi everyone!
I am graduating high school this spring and going to the University of New Mexico in the fall of 2023. I've saved some money and am looking to buy a house hack in Albuquerque, within 15 miles of the university. I've never been to Albuquerque before and this would be my first investment property. Got any tips for the area? Neighborhoods I should check out? Agents you would recommend? Thank you BP community!
