Hello! I am a retired tech manager. My CA condo is in contract to close Jan 16, 2023. Looking for residential real estate (mid to long term rentals) in Columbus. I live in Athens, so plan to manage properties myself. Need an experienced, responsive, and knowledgable realtor well versed in Columbus neighborhoods, 1031s and investing during retirement. Also need personal referrals for inspection pros. Thanks!
