Hudson Valley Remodeler w/ Flipping Asperations

Hi everyone,

Me and my brothers are third generation carpenters turned remodelers in the Hudson Valley of NY. I personally own two investment properties (Duplex, and SFH w/ ADU) and I'm trying to get my brothers into the game as well.

We are currently remodelers but would like to transition to flippers because it will be much easier to be our own customer! Hopefully every few flips we can keep a property for income or at least that's the plan.

Who else is looking forward to seeing where these interest rates go?
