New investor looking for deals.

Hi,

i'm a new investor looking for cash flow deals all over the US. I'm happy to listen to your offers, feel free to send me them. I'm looking for light fixer upper properties, hopefully a multi unit with an unfinished basement.

Thanks,

@Utsav Mahi, this post is going to get flooded by OOS agents. "New investor looking for cash flow deals all over the US", is highly ill-advised in my opinion. Pick one or two markets where you can establish a trustworthy and resourceful team. Moreover, if you haven't already, read, "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing" by David Greene. 90% of your questions will be answered in that book. If you have any interest in rent-by-the-room investments, the Atlanta market can provide great opportunities. The asset class assumes more risk but can be a cash cow with the right systems and management in place. If you have any real estate-related or ATL-specific questions, feel free to reach me via cell or email (contact info is listed in my bio).
