New to the site

I'm new here but we got into STRs about a year ago.  We bought our first in Lead, SD last May, our second at Terry Peak in Lead,SD in November and we are now pending in Hochatown, OK.  It's been a ride the last year, but like most everyone else here we are trying to build passive income.  We own a brewery that we both work full time at and storage units in a neighboring town.  Everything is working great except for the long hours we put in.
