Hello All, 

I am a rookie real-estate investor who is trying to make an investment with your help( knowledge, Guidance). I would like to connect with great-minded people(almost everyone in this community. I have heard lots of podcast episodes in bigger pockets, i realize this is the community that can help me and each one of us to grow! 

Since i am in new jersey, I'd love to know if anybody out here is motivated  investor in NJ and if so, what areas are you considering in NJ knowing current market?
