Hello all,
My name is David Wandell. Born and raised in New Orleans now living in Hammond, LA and currently working full time as a regulatory consultant in the oil & gas industry. I am new to Real Estate investing and looking forward to insights, feedback and mentoring from the BP community. I have been reading and listening to learn as much as I can about investing. Having some background in construction, fix and flip is what I would like to concentrate on but wholesaling might be a better way to begin. My goal is to eventually invest full time doing rehabs and build a portfolio of rental property.
