Noob w/ no investment experience
Good Day! I'm a noob with no investment experience. I've been a residential real estate agent since 2017. I have 4 years experience with BPOs. I jumped into the commercial market about 8 months ago. I am here to learn everything I can about real estate investing. My area of coverage is approximately 75 mile radius of Spokane Washington. I niche is working with VA clients. VA is my bread and butter and my passion. I relocated to Spokane in 2016 when I retired from the Army out Fort Bragg, NC.
