Hello, I'm a semi-new investor in Anthem, Arizona. I own a couple properties that are being currently rented and I am trying to expand. I have made some mistakes and I'm trying to learn how to find better deals. I hope to meet people who are interested in the same area who could possibly be a mentor to me. I will have to operate out of New York for the next 18 months and then I will live there. For now, I have professional people in Arizona. A realtor, contractor, manager, etc... I'm happy to be part of this community.
