Hello all,

My name is Ryan, have been lurking for a couple of weeks. After reading a lot of great info and numerous books I think im realy close to jumping into single family homes to start out with. Was wondering if there is anyone in the area that would like to network together or bounce ideas off each other. Everyone have a happy new year!!
